This band formed in Jakarta in late 2008 that in the form of ALYM MYLOand YOUFRI then find the saturation point in the flow of the music we play, so we want to make a side project that plays powerpop music with acoustic format Over time we finally decided to play in a band format, and then we started looking for players to fill the position of the keyboard and drums in a long time.
We did not find the disc that is very influenced by emo music to join and play the keyboard and Zikri who was then affiliated with progressive metal band to join and play drums in this band, and then we started looking for names and we decided to give a name for this band to beASTRO AFFECTION. Then over time Zikri decided to join us and CAKRA resign because he was busy with his work and after CAKRA resign we found Fathan in facebook, and we invited him to join. and TOBIO join with us in mid August 2009 and we changed the band's name became TONBERRY, a simple and easy to remember by all people. And until now, we remain consistent with this genre to date.
